Job Description
Contract
Anson Road
Monday to Friday (8.30am – 6pm)
Up to $3,300
Job Responsibilities:
- Create & processing Student Registrations in TMS
- Administrative, operations and logistic support for all classroom trainings
- Proctoring of online and paper exams
- Liaison officer for clients, external vendors and trainers
- Procurement of training courseware from the vendors like EXIN, Pearson Vue, Cisco etc
- Procurement of Refreshments for training delivery
- Processing of the invoices from the vendors
- Any other operational & administrative support needed for the classroom delivery.

Job Requirements :
- At least a Diploma/Degree in Business administration
