Responsibilities

• Assist in developing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management.
• Support the team in administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
• Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Preferably Civil or Structural Engineer
• 1–3 years of experience in operations coordination or similar role
• Must know how to drive
• Not afraid of heights
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
