We are looking for experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of O&M Engineer / Senior Technician for our large-scale rooftop solar project in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities Daily operation and maintenance of rooftop solar plants
Preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Troubleshooting of inverters, SCBs, ACDB/DCDB, and related electrical systems
Monitoring plant performance and ensuring maximum uptime
Coordination with site teams and reporting activities
Ensuring safety compliance at site
Eligibility Criteria Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
3–5 years of experience in Solar O&M projects
Mandatory: Karnataka Electrical Supervisor License
Good understanding of rooftop solar systems and electrical troubleshooting
