Prepare the operating room for each scheduled patient, ensuring all necessary equipment is ready and in good functioning order. Conduct daily inventory checks on positioning aids,accessories and perform weekly cleaning of operating theater equipment. Assist in the safe transfer and positioning of patients, as well as with any additional equipment needed during surgeries. Clean and maintain the operating room between cases, addressing soiled linen and surgical waste promptly. Adjust and focus operating lights, assisting surgical teams and nurses as required. Perform terminal cleaning of the operating room after procedures, particularly after infected cases.
