We’re looking for an Operating Theatre Manager to join our team at The Harley Street Clinic. This is a senior theatre leadership role within a highly specialised perioperative service delivering some of the most complex and clinically challenging surgical cases in the independent sector.

You’ll be trusted to lead experienced teams supporting high‑risk procedures, working closely with senior Consultants in an environment where judgement, authority and leadership presence directly influence patient safety and outcomes.

As a Theatre Manager within surgical services, you’ll take responsibility for the day‑to‑day performance of operating theatres, scrub, anaesthetics and recovery, where complexity and acuity are part of everyday practice rather than the exception. Working closely ...
