Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems across multiple locations.
- Delegates tasks for investigating and resolving patient/family concerns.
- Facilitates collaboration with physicians, providers, and teams for optimal, safe patient care.
- Monitors resource needs, manages equipment, supplies, medications, and ensures safe environments.
- Maintains clinical expertise, provides supervision, and performs clinical duties as required.
- Collaborates with Nursing Clinical Practice for compliance with Nursing Practice Act, Joint Commission, and regulations.
- Creates developmental opportunities, builds relationships, and coaches for performance improvement.
- Oversees tactical action items, ensures policy compliance, and aligns with business strategies.
