Job Summary

The Clinical Supervisor – Main provides direct leadership and operational management at the hospital for the main side operating room staff, anesthesia technicians, and schedulers, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care through the consistent daily execution of established departmental standards and processes. The Clinical Supervisor serves as the first line of leadership for departmental operations, including quality and patient safety, staffing and workforce management, and operational flow. The Clinical Supervisor is accountable for supervision of Charges and departmental staff, supporting staff performance, addressing issues in real time, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
