**What's the Job?**

+ Complete assigned tasks including painting, pressure washing, and maintaining lighting systems
+ Perform plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, locksmith work, and general maintenance
+ Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and respond to tenant service requests
+ Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on building systems
+ Support emergency response and troubleshooting of electrical, DDC, and pneumatic controls
