Job Overview


  • Development and implementation of governance, supporting procedures, contract and procurement templates

  • Drafting and negotiating agreements

  • Administration of contracts from the point of award through to close-out as it relates to IT, construction and general services agreements

  • Administration and management of claims and disputes, including drafting settlement agreements

    • Qualifications

  • The candidate must have sound knowledge of Supply Chain functions from cradle to grave.

  • Knowledge of procurement modernization/transformation is an asset.

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, along with senior level presentation skills and be capable of working at all levels of the organization.
