Job Description:
The Department of Psychology at Ohio University invites applicants for an open-rank tenure-track faculty position within the Clinical Child Psychology Area of our American Psychological Association-accredited clinical psychology Ph.D. training program. This position will begin on August 16, 2027, with the possibility of an earlier start date of January 1, 2027. Preference will be given to applicants whose program of research would create synergies with faculty in the department. Incoming faculty will have the opportunity to join the Center for Intervention Research in Schools.
Ohio University is a Carnegie Foundation R1 (highest research activity) institution, and the successful applicant will demonstrate a strong research record. Our clinical program follows the scientist-practitioner model of training and maintains an on-site training clinic that provides ample opportunities for clinical practice and research.
