The perfect fit will be for a person who reviews production performance, implement corrective actions and report performance to the Mining Manager. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•At least 10 - 15 years’ experience open-pit surface operations

•At least 10 - 15 years’ of mine engineering and planning

•Exposure to mine planning software packages (e.g. Surpac, MineSched)

•Pit optimisation experience and knowledge
