Mission:Identify, design, and implement process improvements in our Out-of-Home (PUDO / Locker parcel operations) across Spain and Portugal — ensuring efficiency, quality, and sustainability in the parcel delivery operational process.What You’ll Do:- Lead end-to-end Out-Of-Home Continuous Improvement projects: map workflows, find root causes, operational gaps and process inefficiencies, test solutions, and standardize wins.- Own measurable outcomes.
