• Inspect, test, and accurately record all assemblies in the database.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain high presentation standards for the workshop and service vehicles, including scheduled equipment servicing.
• Control role‑related expenses and follow workshop procedures, including Health & Safety requirements.
