You will provide high‑touch, empathetic support to our employees, fostering a culture of resilience and psychological safety through individual counselling, group workshops, and peer‑to‑peer support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-1 mental health counselling / coaching for employees on various mental health topics (e.g. resilience, stress management, and available well‑being resources).
• Develop and deliver group sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resilience.
