Summary of Position

The OneSource Patient Experience (Px) Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire journey of patients enrolled in the program. For each Therapeutic Area (TA), the Px Lead is tasked with developing patient journey maps and leading the strategic design, development, and launch of new patient support services and programs. These efforts span the Alexion Canada’s rare diseases portfolio, covering both current and future pipeline products. This role centers on guiding, coordinating, implementing, executing, and completing specific projects to ensure alignment with the company’s strategies, commitments, and objectives.

Patient Journey Mapping and Experience Design
