Job Description
Purpose: Lead coach and develop the sales team across Gulf countries to maximize short and longβterm sales performance while managing the supply/demand successfully to ensure flawless patient/customer experience. This role places the patient at the center of all efforts and operates within AbbVies business code of conduct policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
Sales Delivery & Performance
- Achieve or surpass sales performance and Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in alignment with the national sales strategy while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Lead financial and demand planning cycles to guarantee an uninterrupted supply of products to patients.
People Leadership
