Salary: £29.40 hourly rate + mileage

HomeLink Healthcare is looking for an experienced Community Oncology Nurse to join our Hospital at Home service, delivering high-quality cancer care to patients across London and the M25 area.

This role is ideal for Chemotherapy Nurses who are experienced with SACT, who are passionate about delivering specialist cancer care within patients' homes.

As a Community Oncology Nurse, you will provide safe, compassionate care to patients receiving Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT), helping them remain comfortable and independent throughout their treatment journey while avoiding unnecessary hospital visits.
