Job Description
**Onboarding Specialist**
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our Assistive Care State Programs Home Care office in Harrisburg, PA.
This plays a vital role in supporting both current and prospective field employees. This position ensures that all onboarding, compliance, and employment documentation processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on service and employee experience. Also responsible for managing high-volume administrative workflows related to hiring, onboarding, retention, and overall field employee engagement.
**Schedule:**
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM in office
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors professionally
+ Support and maintain personnel file management and documentation accuracy
+ Assist with onboarding and hiring processes from application through start date as needed...
