Nair Systems is currently looking for Onboarding & Operations Manager (Mid Level) for our UAE operations.

Preferred Background

• 4–7 years of experience in corporate KYC, CDD/EDD, AML compliance, onboarding, or financial crime operations.
• Strong understanding of UBO identification, PEP/sanctions screening, adverse media, and AML risk assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment with defined SLAs and governance standards.
