Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the new hires and management process, including documentation, tracking, and gathering required information.
  • Manage Joining Formalities and release Offer Letters.
  • Coordinate with Multiple Teams at the time of new joiners.,
  • Maintain records through HRMS Software (Spine).
  • Execute background checks, track, and adjust the process as needed based on any new requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required as per business needs..
