Job Description
The position of Onboarding Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to support the onboarding of hires within TransPerfect, across the U.S. and Canada.
This role manages a high volume of onboarding and ensures full compliance with all onboarding requirements across different locations.
Acting as the point of contact between hires, recruiters, the HR team, and payroll, the Onboarding Coordinator ensures a seamless onboarding and payroll experience.
Position Responsibilities
Handling a high volume of onboarding for project-based employees
Processing the setup of hire profiles within the HRIS system
Requesting necessary documents and paperwork for new hires and ensuring accuracy and proper filing
Independently owning the onboarding process and ensuring all steps are completed on time for payroll submissions
Coordinating with hires and managers regarding preparations for project starts
