Job Description

As a Tech Solutions Specialist Expert at Noel Leeming, you will be responsible for providing end‑to‑end service to customers, including live demonstrations, offering support and advice, delivering and installing purchases, and troubleshooting technical issues. This field‑based role will be based out of the Mt Maunganui store and you will work Sundays to Thursdays, 45 hours per week.

Qualifications

Essential: a full clean New Zealand driver’s licence and the ability to operate a company vehicle. You must also be legally able to work in New Zealand without any restrictions for at least 24 months.

Ideal qualifications:

• Experience with installing and setting up technology (WIFI, TV, PC and Audio) – training will be provided.
• Proven experience in a customer facing role, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
