Head of Non-Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Own non‑financial reporting (NFR) and execute a multi‑year NFR strategy aligned with the Swiss Code of Obligations, CSRD, ESRS, and emerging disclosure requirements.
• Lead the annual Non‑Financial Report production, translating complex sustainability data into clear, transparent insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor external regulatory developments, proactively advise on compliance implications, and maintain confidence with stakeholders.
