About the Unit

Ykköskoti Noste is a 53-resident housing service unit for individuals at various stages of mental health recovery. We provide around‑the‑clock housing and community living.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, care and medication management to residents.
• Support residents in recovery, focus on strength, empowerment, hope and meaningfulness.
• Participate in a solution‑focused and recovery‑oriented work culture.

Qualifications

• Certificate as a close‑care nurse (lähihoitaja).
• Prior experience in mental‑health work is appreciated.
• Strong interest in mental‑health work is essential.
• Basic to advanced Finnish language skills required for everyday work.
• Background check and health‑status verification will be conducted before employment.
