Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling controlling and monitoring of the engineering phase as well as the production and assembly progress of customer-specific sealing solutions.
  • Organization and support of customer acceptance tests (3rd party inspection, etc.).
  •  Prioritization of orders together with all stakeholders.
  • Close cooperation with all specialist departments (Sales, TSS, Engineering, Q-Planning, Planning and Production/Assembly, etc.) .
  • Coordination and evaluation of technical changes as well as changes in the scope of delivery.
  • Coordination of the required technical documents and timely transmission to the customer.
  • Preparation of time and project plans (reporting) .
  • Further development and improvement of the order processing process.
  • Ensuring timely delivery to the customer.
