Purpose of the position

Offshore Methods Lead, reporting to the Installation Methods manager and part of the BP NEP Project (Carbon Capture and Net Zero). The role manages the coordination of the method engineering group, tasks and workload, providing technical and administrative guidance to subordinates to ensure objectives are effectively and economically achieved.

Responsibilities

• Administer the working programme to ensure its implementation in accordance with plans, design and specifications.
• Interpret, implement and improve proposed design solutions.
• Initiate and maintain filing system, review and distribute documents through subordinate staff.
• Monitor and coordinate all phases of work progress, reviewing procedures, reports and calculations of subordinate engineers, ensuring deliverables, equipment, facilities and services meet specified requirements.
