Schedule: 12 hour shift (7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) Continuous Work Schedule; 4 days on 4 days off
Location: Onsite in Newington, CT
SUMMARY
Assist in the operation of the 6-8-10 color presses with production and quality in mind. Aid the first pressman, as directed, in the efficient operation of the press. Maintain press area in regard to supplies and housekeeping.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assist the first press operator in the job setup, as follows:
+ Review job tickets
+ Set up paper for the production of a job
+ Change cylinders
+ Hang plate
+ Change blanket
+ Install perfs, scores and die cuts
+ Place pinfeed
+ Setup all finishing aspects of the press, to include roll-to-roll and sheeter
+ Assist in the produc...
