Job Description
Our client is recruiting for an Officer: Employee Relations to be responsible for facilitating and coordinating Employee Relations services, ensuring compliance with applicable legislative frameworks, policies, and resolutions within the entity.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelorβs Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management or Labour Relations related qualification.
- Relevant 3 yearsβ experience in a Human Resource environment.
Key Performance Areas
Provide Effective Employee Relations Services Across the Organisation
- Administer and investigate grievances.
- Participate in the facilitation, initiation and investigation of misconduct cases.
