Responsibilities

• To support the internal audit function by conducting pre-audit and verification of all the documents generated for carrying goods in and dispatching goods out from the factory.
• Reviewing and ensuring updating the gate register entries in system on daily basis and submission of daily logs and weekly reports to HOD.
• Monitoring and reviewing daily stock movement to ensure transaction is executed through proper documentation at Factory.
• Conduct pre-audit of:
  • Outward Gate Passes
  • Inward Gate Passes
  • GDNs
  • STNs
  • GDOs
• Pre-audit of the inward gate passes against purchase orders on daily basis.
• Checking of Daily Sales orders and GDOs related to Factory.
• Reviewing and ensuring updating gate register entries in system on daily basis for vouching Filing and record keeping of audit data files.
