  • File service department records and handle correspondence as directed by branch head.
  • To relieve the cashier as and when the need arises.
  • Make sure all fillings are in proper order and neatly stored. Housekeeping is essential as it reflects the workshop’s image.
  • Perform miscellaneous typing and clerical duties.
  • To prepare request for payment, local purchase order (LPO), staff overtime summary and send all required reports before deadline.
  • Responsible to perform other duties requested by superior.
  • Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements.
