Weighbridge Operations

• Supervise daily weighbridge activities for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Supervise activities across both sites, ensuring all vehicles and loads are weighed and logged on time.
• Ensure accurate recording of weights, waste types, customer details, and transport documentation.
• Monitor and maintain weighbridge software and reporting systems.
• Ensure weighbridge tickets are completed correctly and filed in line with environmental and site compliance standards.
• Resolve discrepancies relating to weights, tickets, or customer accounts.
• Coordinate vehicle flow and communicate with site operations teams.

Office Administration

• Manage office administration procedures and ensure records are maintained accurately.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
