Office Services Clerk (Phoenix, AZ) (#4080)
We are seeking anOffice Services Clerkfor our Phoenix office to provide a range of administrative and office services support. If you excel in a professional environment and enjoy performing a variety of office tasks, then we would appreciate hearing from you. This is an in-office position, and the work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
In this role, you will:
- Process daily mail; perform mail pickup and delivery at scheduled times. Maintain and supply the postage meter.
- Maintain paper levels in copiers and printers daily.
- Prepare legal records for electronic scanning, such as taping loose sheets, removing staples, and verifying consistent client information. Perform the scanning and quality control/validation process for legal documents.
- Manage, track and maintain the office and kitchen supplies. Ensure that all such inventories are regularly monitored, well organized and stock...
