Work alongside the Office Services Team to manage and maintain the office's daily operations. The role requires the successful candidate to lift and manage loads/parcels weighing up to 10 kg on a regular basis.

• Manage day-to-day mailroom operations.
• Maintain housekeeping of Mailroom, Admin Room, and Staging Rooms.
• Attend to enquiries and fault reporting for all day-to-day operational activities relating to facilities and maintenance of the office.
• Conduct weekly office inspection and reporting.
• Maintain regular health check of employees' lockers – electronic locks. Assist in replacing batteries when necessary.
