Office Services & Facilities CoordinatorPosition Summary
The Office Services & Facilities Coordinator supports daily office operations by coordinating administrative services, managing workplace logistics, and ensuring a professional and well-functioning environment. This role plays a key part in supporting corporate training sessions, meetings, and employee onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate catering services for corporate training sessions, meetings, and internal events
+ Collaborate with building services, vendors, and suppliers to support facility operations and resolve service needs
+ Manage employee access by creating security badges for new hires and deactivating access for departing employees
+ Order and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
