Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing front desk operations and supporting daily office administration in a professional services environment.


Onsite 5 days per week Victoria location


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally
  • Manage meeting rooms, mail, and office supplies
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of reception/administrative experience
  • Experience in a professional services firm preferred
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
