Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing front desk operations and supporting daily office administration in a professional services environment.
Onsite 5 days per week Victoria location
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally
- Manage meeting rooms, mail, and office supplies
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of reception/administrative experience
- Experience in a professional services firm preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
