Location: One North Station – very near MRT.

Salary: SGD 2,500 plus claims and benefits.

• Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a positive attitude as they arrive
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and/or meeting room
• Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable, with the necessary stationery and materials (e.g., brochures, forms) present
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner, and route calls as necessary
• Provide basic and accurate information in person, as well as over the phone and email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries
• Assist with normal mail and courier deliveries, and file courier slips
