Support the design and delivery of a targeted talent development programme for high performing students, with a focus on programme execution, student engagement and advisory support. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, creating meaningful developmental opportunities, and guiding students to strengthen scholarship, university and post‑graduation pathways while building a strong programme community.

• Contribute to the planning, conceptualisation and execution of Talent Development Programme offerings aligned to student developmental needs
• Support the development of programme content, student resources and communication materials to strengthen student engagement and development and programme delivery
• Support budget, procurement and vendor management in accordance with RP policies
