Office of Estates - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Facilities Management)[What you will be working on]
β’ Manage and oversee campus facilities, including operations, repairs, maintenance, and related processes and procedures.
β’ Supervise lease management, operator coordination, and campus events, including support for VIP events.
β’ Liaison with internal users, partners and operators
β’ Contract administration including drafting tender and quotation specifications, handling procurement, specification formulation, evaluation, recommendation and work implementation.
β’ Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, including inspection and certification of completed works.
β’ Manage and liaise with operators, such as food court vendors, on daily operations and food pricing matters.
β’ Drive the digitalisation of operational processes.
