Job Description
About the role
This is a challenging and busy role, supporting the facility manager with dayβtoβday administration tasks, including payroll processing, recruitment, record keeping, and taking minutes. Preferred candidates will show initiative when dealing with daily queries, will ensure a positive experience for all Radius Care customers who interact with the facility, and will proactively ensure consistent and repeatable customer satisfaction. Previous agedβcare background, and experience in financial administration, payroll systems, and HR systems an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the administration function of the facility, including financial recording, reporting, and preparing documentation for admissions.
- Provide reception and telephone cover, greet clients and visitors, and manage inquiries efficiently.
