Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role located in Valldoreix. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and effectively. This role is highly dynamic, covering all administrative aspects of the company, financial control and bookkeeping, and managing logistics for the group's camping grounds.
Key Responsibilities- Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day administration, manage workflows, and maintain high organizational efficiency.
- Financial Control: Handle bookkeeping, expense tracking, and basic financial administration.
- Grounds Logistics: Coordinate and streamline logistics, supplies, and communications for the group's camping grounds.
- Facility Management: Manage and maintain office equipment, troubleshoot basic tech/facility issues, and coordinate vendor maintenance.
