Team The Kennedys office in Santiago opened in 2016. The team is made up of 7 employees and 3 partners. They advise on all aspects of insurance law and litigation, including the defence of claims, policy wordings, coverage advice and corporate insurance. The team have significant experience in resolving high value and complex claims, particularly in relation to mining, energy and financial lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general office procedures to ensure all administrative processes work effectively
• Maintain the office in good condition, including ensuring that IT equipment is in working order
• Order and distribute office supplies including stationary and IT equipment
• Manage the Secretarial and Business Services functions in the Santiago office, providing support and guidance in conjunction with the appropriate Business Services department
