About the job Office Manager (PA for two executives) Position:
Office Manager
(Personal Assistant for two executives)
The Office Manager will perform a variety of administrative/secretarial support providing high-level executive assistance by leading the administrative team, answering calls, planning and organizing meetings, events and interacting competently with the complete cross-section of the school community, providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Key Performance Areas:
School and Community Relations School Improvement Learner Management People Management Administrative Functions
Qualification and Experience:
Post matric qualification in office management and/or Industrial Psychology. Minimum five years of PA/Secretarial experience, preferably in a school.
Preferred Skills and Requirements:
Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls. Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedu...
