Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, maintaining office supplies and ensuring the overall smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
- Coordinate schedules for employees and maintain calendars for meetings and appointments.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by delegating tasks to team members and following up on progress.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between employees and upper management.
