UPMC Department of Pediatrics is hiring a full-time Office Manager to join the Division of Genetic and Genomic Medicine at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. This is a Monday through Friday daylight position, where the Office Manager will provide administrative and operational leadership in support of the Division of Genetic and Genomic Medicine. Primary responsibilities include managing a team of administrative support staff, overseeing daily office operations, maintaining multiple scheduling platforms, supporting ongoing scheduling and operational transitions, addressing workflow issues, and partnering with clinical and operational leaders to ensure efficient, high-quality division operations.
