Overview
Our client, a local organization based in Abu Dhabi, is urgently looking for a high powered Office Manager.
For this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage, organize and coordinate all administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running and function of the Chairman's Office and to ensure work is being executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Head of Departments and to ensure effective communication and followโup of deliverables pertaining to the Chairman's Office. Administer the regular Head of Departments meetings โ circulating agendas and minutes.
- Ensure administrative systems are fit for purpose and used effectively by team. Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management, incoming and outgoing mail, minutes of the Chairmanโs meetings and unified templates throughout the Foundation.
