We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people‑focused Workplace Experience & Office Manager to support our growing North American operations.

This role will report directly to the Executive Assistant and play a critical role in ensuring our offices operate seamlessly while delivering an exceptional in‑office experience for Associates, leadership, clients, and visitors.

The position will be based out of our Vancouver office and will require an in‑office presence 4–5 days per week. The successful candidate will primarily support operations and workplace initiatives across our Vancouver, Calgary, and Seattle offices.
