As an essential member of the Connects Wireless team, you'll manage administrative tasks and financial record-keeping. This role requires collaboration with the Owner, Human Resources, and Regional Managers while maintaining organized filing systems and ensuring smooth office communications. Your focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency and supporting overall team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain records for efficiency
• Collaborate with team to optimize administration
• Assist the Owner with daily correspondence
• Manage communications and provide customer service
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain financial records
Requirements:
• Proven administrative experience of at least 1 year
• Strong understanding of financial record-keeping
