Office Co-ordinator job vacancy in Port Elizabeth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Well-presented and spoken, with excellent communication skills
- Preference to be given to candidate who can communicate in English and Afrikaans
- Strong MS Office skills, with proven Excel experience (ability to work on spreadsheets)
- Ability to work on databases and high-volume information, with good eye for attention to detail
- Must be able to think fast, find solutions and cope well under pressure
- Pro‑active with drive, enthusiasm and sound judgement and ability to multi‑task
- Answer telephone and handle any queries
- Must be willing to jump in and assist with ad hoc responsibilities, including general Secretarial, PA,
