Job Description
Responsibilities Cleaning & Maintenance
- Cleaning and sanitisation of office premises like meeting and training rooms.
- Dust and clean furniture, equipment (like coffee machines, copiers) and fixtures.
- Clean floor surface by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of the floors.
- Empty trash bins and dispose wastes.
- Set up training rooms which include arranging partitions, chairs, set up audio visual equipment etc.
- Replenish office cleaning and beverage supplies when low in supply.
- Respond to maintenance and safety issues matter.
- Special cleaning projects and handles ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Min GCE O Level
- Preferably someone with two (2) years’ experience in routine maintenance, sanitation, and cleaning of office, equipment, facilities upkeep.
