Responsibilities You will serve as an Office Automation Assistant and be responsible for a variety of office automation and clerical work using any combination of word processing, database management, spreadsheet and electronic mail software. Incumbent will perform all data entry, processing, and retrieval in the Asset Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS) databases, compile and present aviation maintenance data, and be familiar with other Coast Guard Aviation computer programs as applicable.
